    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    This is a very soft rug, more like a heavy blanket than a rug. Lots of white, but requires dry cleaning only (!). Needs a pad underneath since it is so soft underfoot it bunches & rolls up. Looks OK right now, will see how it holds up & how dirty it gets.
