    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for a co-worker. The frame arrived with a rattling sound. Not sure if it is broken or not. The silver finish was a bit rusted in some spots. I returned mine. If you are looking to find an inexpensive frame for yourself then yes, I would recommend this one as the blemishes didn't seem to be too obvious. However, it is not gift-giving quality.
