Very nice quality dress pants for office or dress, but run very small in waist. I normally wear 36, which are typically slightly loose. I ordered 3 pair in 36 and all felt like 33-34. Returned for 38 which fit, but slightly on tight side. Also ordered both dark taupe and dark sage. They were the same color (wrapper indicated correct colors I ordered). I don't know if the wrong color was mislabeled, or if they have the same color item listed as two separate inventory items. Overall highly recommended for the price, just order larger size.
