Toe box was just right but the heel area was too wide,.. will be returning. My average[$]side zip Bates boots although fairly low on the steel toe work boot totem pole, seem much better in quality than these boots,.. the material on the sides of these seemed perhpaps like they would be airy but cheap feeling material and overall on the heavier side.
