Costa Del Mar LightFoot Sunglasses - Polarized

Super lightweight and comfortable sunglasses! Love them! For how nice these glasses are, they should come w/ a better, more protective/attractive case.

Very happy with these sunglasses.

Very light, distortion-free, and good-looking. They wrap around enough to protect against sun from the side. Probably a better fit for a narrower face, but not described inaccurately.

Outstanding value from STP. These glasses are very lightweight, appear to be durable (I've owned them for several weeks, so we'll see how they perform over the long haul), and are terrific looking. The optics are crystal clear without discernible wrap distortion. They hug the face a bit, so the fit is snug without being tight -- very comfortable. I generally buy sunglasses designed for small to medium-sized faces and they fit me perfectly. They might be a little tight on larger faces. They're best suited for driving, casual wear, the beach, and maybe hiking; I wouldn't use them for high-intensity sports. Also, if you're looking for a very dark tint for extremely bright days, these might not be dark enough. They're perfect otherwise.

The first pair of these were stolen out of my car. Another pair of my glasses, different brand, were stolen from my wife's car, same night. These got replaced, others are just a now just fading memory. And I even paid more than I did when I first purchased them. Got a major deal the first time, but liked the glasses so much I replaced them and willingly forked out the extra money. The lenses are great on these, and they wrap and block out a lot of side light. Very light weight. Nice glasses. And they could probably stand up to athletic use, but I bought another pair, same brand, from STP a while back and they are my active pair.

The clarity is amazing--really enhancing the details of everything, and the polarization is the best I've ever used. Some polarized glasses make me dizzy, but these don't. They're astoundingly light and stay in place perfectly. My only complaint is subjective: I think they're ugly. Gold frames and amber lenses won't enhance anyone's looks, and the lenses are a bit huge. For me, this pair is all about function and my Ray-Ban aviators are all about looks. Lens-wise, these can't be beat.

Wrap-around design is great giving coverage for peripheral vision. Really light - can be worn all day without being tiresome. Hope it will be durable in the long run being frameless.

This is my 3nd pair of Costa sunglasses, 2nd pair of poly and one 580 glass pair. I am really impressed with the poly lenses. This amber lens puts the world into total HD clairty. Super light and they look great. And priced at [$], an absolute steal!

Upon first receiving them, my Lightfoots shocked me with their slight presence in the hand. Are they TOO light, i.e. destined to be crushed? Let's just say you instinctively want to protect them by handling gingerly, because in every way THEY ARE AWESOME! Crystal clear, cool and...light.
