That said the hinges are ever so slightly wonky and feel like they have just a touch of excessive play compared to other Costa glasses. That is the only fault i could find. They feel light on my face but take into account I am coming from a pair of Kaenon Arlo glasses which are pretty substantial. The lenses, which after all is why we buy Costa Del Mar in the first place, are everything I wanted. Superior clarity, the tint complements the polarization perfectly for water based activities and there is no noticeable distortion right to the edge of the lens. I use these primarily for my fly fishing glasses and they perform perfectly. It would be nice if they came with a lens cloth but the only thing preventing a five star rating would be the hinges.
