I PURCHASED THESE FOR MY HUSBAND. THEY WERE A GREAT DEAL AND FIT PERFECT. HE ACTUALLY WEARS A 31 WAIST WHICH IS DIFFICULT TO FIND, THESE FIT PERFECT, SO MAYBE THEY RUN A TAD SMALL, INSIGNIFICANT!

I am a loose-fitting 38 in every major brand of pants (Dockers, Haggar, Chaps, Savanne, etc.); however, I could not even get these to button. They were marked a 38 but are not even close. Thought this was a great deal but there was a reason these pants were [$]. I ordered 2 pair but had to send them back; [...]. Do NOT order these pants.

I do fit in most 38" pants but think that I should have ordered the 40" pair instead. When I went to return the 38's and order the 40's, there were none available. I liked the pants' looks so well, though, that I just kept the 38's that I ordered.
