Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Reviewed by Mel from Montana on Saturday, December 28, 2013I really liked the color and style of this skirt, as well as the durable fabric. However, the length, width, and slit in the back lend to difficulty moving in the skirt: I needed to pace myself to taking short steps. I tried it out for a while, and decided to return the skirt based on that factor alone.
Reviewed by pallawalla from Oklahoma on Wednesday, October 30, 2013I thought that the material was just full of sizing & would soften if I washed it. Nope! Stiff as cardboard -- The twill is more canvas than twill. The skirt material is so ungiving that when I walk in it, I feel like I have to take minced steps. The olive color has a "washed" look about it that will be OK for a very casual look. The waist is also too big. Not one of my best bargains.
Reviewed by Polly Prissypants from jacksonville, fl on Saturday, October 26, 2013The seams are nicely finished, and this seems to be a sturdy skirt. I don't have anything else from Christopher and Banks to compare the sizing to, but it seems to run about the same as Lands End and slightly larger than LLBean. This is a great casual skirt that I expect to be able to wear to school for years.
Reviewed by GG from Mississippi on Wednesday, October 2, 2013Great! The skirt fits true to size. Heavy weight denim.
