“The material of this coat does not lay well. It is huge across the shoulders and bunches significantly under the arms. Because of the way that the coat is cut, you have to button it completely every time that you wear it. Otherwise the bottom part overlaps to such an extent as to make one look like an upside down pyramid. Evidently, someone else felt the same way because the product that I received arrived folded in a haphazard manner and stuffed in a ripped up plastic bag - a former return from a disgruntled consumer I assume.”
