“Very disappointing. I expected a high-quality, soft, luxurious sweater. This came with a zipper that didn't work (and felt stiff and rusty), and the yarn is scratchy, stiff, and much thinner than expected. I slipped it on anyway and found the sleeves were too long (I have long arms) and the waist was a bit too short. I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of this sweater but immediately sent it back for a refund.”
