“Pin Not Included; Too Unstructured Fit”

“I ordered one in small and one in medium to make sure I got a good fit and it didn't sell out before I had a chance to return one for the other. Anyway, I was SO DISAPPOINTED as NEITHER had the closure pin it was supposed to so I guess the manufacturer just did not include pins with any of these even though it is stated in the description that they are included. There is no way to close this without the pin. Moreover, even though I am extremely modern in my taste and dressing, I find this piece to be way way way too unstructured. Even the pin wouldn't help much. The fabric is way too flimsy for being wool. My advice is don't buy it. It doesn't look nearly as good on you as it does on the web page. It is a shame because the designer had a good idea and it is decent quality.”
