“Solution for zipper: I first took it to a zipper repair shop, and they explained that the problem is the double zipper. Re[lacing it is costly, so they referred me to an excellent dry cleaner/alterations place. They can tack the bottom by the zipper, and/or the sweater can even be kept partially zipped and pulled over the head. This solution is obviously for anyone who really wants this sweater as much as I do!”
