“Waist band is not fitted and so the skirt rides at my hips. I got big hips, so no problemo for me. The lining is fine. i don't need the lining longer. I am short (with big hips LOL), so I did need to hem it. I wear it at mid-calf and fancy that I look good in it. It is very comfortable.”
