Reviewed by sailaway from MN on Monday, August 13, 2012I bought these for sailing, where I need polarized sunglasses, but also need to be able to see small details up close when rigging or watching the time (my near vision is far away). This serves both functions well. I own prescription sunglasses, which are clearer, but have lost two pairs already, so the best option for me is to avoid bringing them on the water altogether. These are reasonably clear for non-prescription glasses, they fit well, and look good. The tint is a bit light, but adequate. The polycarbonate lens is so light you almost don't feel it, and the frame is light and s/w flexible, so I'm not sure how well they will hold up, but for now, I'm happy to have them.
