    I wore these glasses almost non-stop during our latest trip to Lake Powell. The tint, although not too dark, was great on the water as the polarized lenses take care of the glare. The lenses also sharpened up the gorgous scenery even more. The frames seem a little light weight, so while comfortable, I hope they are durable. But they will probably spend more time on my face than anywhere else.

    The photochromic action is certianly useful in changing light conditions. However, these glasses, at their darkest, are not very tinted and are not suitable for skiing or sailing on very bright days. On partly sunny days they are excellent.
