“Amazing warmth, light weight”

“I got these tights to supplant a pair of 20 year old Pearl Izumi bicycling tights and just purchased Nike Dry Fit running thermal tights. I took them out today for a run in our latest snow storm, running into a 15MPH easterly wind on a 25 degree F day and was perfectly warm from start to finish. They are long enough in XL for my legs, even though I am 6'4" (unlike the Nikes) and fit like a second skin. The material appears to be the same as the Nike Dry Fit material, which is light and warm. The ankle grips are not rubberized like the Nikes, which is fine because, again, they are long enough. I suspect that these will be warm enough down to significantly lower temps (have successfully worn the Nikes down to 15 degrees so far).”
