My arm is a 14" circumference above the bicep and the XL is quite snug. It'll be ok though especially if it breaks in a little. I appreciate the 2 seam design that creates a more conforming fit that my 1 seam warmers. The flat seams inside don't leave marks on my arms, which I appreciate as a bike commuter. Small detail, but the L and R markings are nice. My friends and I love arm warmers for cycling, rock climbing, hiking, ...you see what I getting at?

Overall, good level of warmth for 50-60F rides. Quality appears on par with other craft products which I've owned- which is good. Upper gripper very effective, but slows the process of putting the warmer on. Would have given 5 stars, but like many cycling apparel products, these are fit for weenies with the biceps of a 14 yr old girl, so I had to get a large which was still a bit tight but fit, resulting in being slightly longer than I hoped and leaving some bunching at the wrist.
