For the price, it is a standard glove but not exceptional quality.

Sizing seems a bit small. I would recommend ordering a size up. I put snug cuffs in both the pros and cons because they make the gloves a bit hard to put on but they really seal out the cold air. They have a thin and soft feel that makes gripping ski poles or handlebars easy.
    • Best Uses: Nordic skiing
    • Cons: Snug Cuffs
    • Pros: Snug Cuffs, Wind proof

I measured my hand and used the sizing guide, but when these arrived they were about a size and a half too small. I ordered other gloves in the same order, they all fit fine. If you require the split finger design, these would work okay, just order a size or two larger.
    • Cons: Sizing off
    • Pros: Unique Design

I was looking for a pair of lobster claws for winter cycling and saw these. Craft makes both ski and cycling clothes so I thought I'd give it a try. First, lobster claws take a LOT to get used to. The first few days wearing them I kinda felt like my hands were having a claustrophobia attack. But you do get used the them and the split finger is great when you need some flexibility but want the warmth of a mitten. I live in Minnesota, so my definition of cold/winter may be significantly lower than most of the US. It is has been hovering between 23-26 degrees F (-2 to -4 ish C) so I have started wearing these gloves. Either I am a serious heat generator or these suckers are meant for MUCH colder temperatures. Within five minutes of the start of my ride, my hands were beyond toasty. By the end, they were sweating. So, good for when it gets in the teens and lower, not so good for what I consider transitional temperatures (20s-30s). Also, I ordered a size larger than the charts suggested (on Craft's website), as I was hoping to add a wool liner glove if needed in the colder months. The wrist binding is incredibly tight/rigid, making it difficult to get the second glove on. The finger length is short as well. I don't have long fingers but they come to the end of this glove. I am not sure I'd ever be able to get a liner glove in these. Just something to consider when ordering. So why, with the complaints above, did I give this 4 stars? Because all of my complaints were based on pre-conceived ideas I had prior to ordering and not on the performance of the gloves themselves. There was no difficulty in shifting/breaking with these. During a heavy rain/sleet, my hands stayed dry (unexpected). And when the temps drop in the next few weeks, I will be very happy they generate so much heat!

Warm and comfortable. Snug fit (if in doubt, order larger size). Snug cuff keeps cold out.
