No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“Would be a great running shirt -- soft, comfortable, nice features (e.g. ipod pocket on sleeve) -- but it doesn't wick moisture at all. It get's sopping wet and stays that way. I could tell, though, if it would have wicked enough to keep me warm, but kind of doubt it.”
