“I use the jacket as the final layer on snow shoe hiking. It can be taken off and easily stuffed into a day pack. The underarms have vents for additional heat control. It is more convenient than my other rain gear because it is so light. It also has a hidden hood that I found quite adequate when a recent cold wind kicked up.”
