It is now a staple of my winter workout wardrobe. I just add layers underneath it when the temperature drops. Other tops I've worn for the same purpose don't breathe nearly as well as this shirt does, plus this one is lighter and way more comfortable to wear. The inside has a soft feel to it. I'm 5'2", 115 lbs, and I bought a size medium so I could comfortably wear layers underneath it. It's slightly bigger than I need when I don't wear other layers, but when I do, it's perfect.
