It keeps me warm in cold but above-freezing weather (haven't tried it below freezing yet). The neck is nice too -- high, but not annoyingly so. I got the Medium and it fits well -- tight, but well. And it's definitely long enough to stay tucked in even when you bend over. I have muscular shoulders and this is also comfy around the armpit area -- not restrictive at all. I am 5'8" 125lbs and have a 32b chest.
