Crazy Creek Long Back Camp Chair

Carried chair strapped to loaded pack down 9 miles in the Grand Canyon to meet our raft for a 10 day trip on the Colorado River. Chair was light, comfortable (saved my back!), easy to roll and load into waterproof bag, and made a huge difference in how we enjoyed the trip.

We purchased two of these chairs, after seeing them in use at an outdoor festival (New Orleans Jazz Fest). We took them to a festival yesterday. They were easy to carry, and lightweight. My only issue is that since they sit on the ground, you are too low in a crowd. If you were far away from the throng near the stage they would be perfect. But I needed to stand after a while. But they will be great for the beach. They don't fold enough to easily pack in a suitcase, so they won't be traveling with us by plane. But I can easily see us throwing them in the car for festivals, beach, and camping trips.

My daughter is thrilled to have her own Crazy Creek chair for camp this summer. Until then, she's using it indoors, while watching TV and playing games! I looked everywhere and this price was unbeatable.

Crazy Creek is the original and the best made. There are plenty of less expensive knock-offs. You get what you pay for and this is not a "big-ticket" item. Buy the best, take care of it, and you'll only have to buy it once--unless you have kids.... This one is for my daughter to take to summer camp.

We got these chairs for half the price I could find anywhere else. One pink flowers and one blue flowers. We needed compact chairs to store on our boat for use on deck or on the beach. I sat in a lot of camping/beach chairs and there are a lot of great features out there, but for the price and convenience of storage I couldn't do better. If you can sit on the ground but need back support, these are perfect.

I liked the first chair so much, I had to order this 2nd chair for my husband. They store easily as patio chair liners.
