Crazy Creek

Needed a backpacking chair. I bought this and the longer version. I used this one more as it packs down smaller. I looked at the a-lights, but they're pricey and I just can't see them holding up too well. The simplicity of the Hexalight design is a real plus - there's not a lot of parts to break. Great purchase.

Great product, fits our Finn kayaks that we use to play in the surf. We kep on breaking the standard kayak seat style backrests and these look like they will last.

I bought one of these a year ago for various uses. Since then I have used it in the car to raise me up to see over the steering wheel, on my recumbent trike seat-back to cushion my back, in my pack canoes for back comfort, at lunch stops as a sit-upon, and other activities. I used it so much that I ordered 3 more.

I'm at a computer a lot, and use this as a backrest for the wooden kitchen stool I have....nice! It does soften after a couple of weeks, but so easy to add a little air when needed. Straps slip right over back of chair, no need to fuss with buckles. Can think of many uses for car and camping, so might get more if they last.

Very functional and packable luxury. You do not have to have alot of air in it to provide comfort. Really makes your hard fiberglass kayak seat bearable. Makes a great pillow or camping seating pad. Comes with repair kit and seems to be very durable. No holes yet. Easy to blow up and let air out. Comes with nice stuff sack. Overall a great luxury item to take on your travels.

A numb throbbing tailbone no more! Tried restuffing the origional seat, different kinds of foam, and gel pads all with little to no relief. Thought I had nothing to lose so I ordered this air seat. 100% relief. Can ride all day in comfort. THANK YOU!

Great compact back support and even better price!

This cushion makes life a bit more comfortable when outdoors or even sitting on hard benches. It is easy to use and though I have not used it alot, seems to be well made. I have even used it in my car when my back needs a little extra care.

Only thing this needs is a fuzzy comfort cover to slip over it when used as a camping pillow. Extremely easy to use. WARNING: you don't have to do anything with the valve to fill it with air - just blow! The instructions aren't too clear about that, & I wound up forcing the valve completely open & took me awhile to get it to shut again. Basically, it's a 1-way valve that you just blow thru to inflate, & press lightly to deflate/adjust. It even comes with straps attached so you can affix it to chair backs! Large enough to use as a pillow, small enough to fit behind you as lumbar support for a car seat [Hondas of all types seem to be particularly in heed of help here... ::) ] I'm planning on a buying several more, as the infinite adjustability and convenient sizing make this an excellent gift.

It is a little large for the lumbar support job. If one does not need the straps, you can just cut them off.
