nice knife. It is easy to open when you learn how. Push the thumb stud straight up, not to the side like it seems you should and it will open much easier. I ordered one, and then two more. I keep them with spare keys attached clipped inside jackets

Use it everyday at work. Like how it hooks to my belt loop! Sharp blade and easy to open. I have a little trouble trying to close it with one hand but I think I need to loosen one of the screws.

Almost everything is ideal, except for one of the most important factor- the ease of opening the blade. The problem is that the part of the knife that you grip to pull the blade out is about a 1/3 of a centimeter on one side and 1/4 of a cm on the other. And, there is NO groove or anything of the sort (like Swiss knives does) to get a good grip or traction to open the blade with. I don't know about other users, but my fingers aren't particularly wide. This is my only complaint- but it is a major one IMO. This knife is light weight and it has a flashlight and is very versatile, but..

Quality design & certainly functional for various activities....knife is a bit tricky to open/close initially but after a few times, you get the hang of it. A little more bulky than expected but it's an overall durable, convenient & practical piece.
