It's frustrating because I'm typically a size 9 in women's shoes, but sometimes I'm a 8.5 in open toed sandals (I have slightly narrow feet). I tried the 8.5 and although the footbed fit perfect the toe part was painfully cutting into the top of my foot. So, I bought the 9 which fit perfect. I wore them to a friend's wedding and by the end of the night, they had stretched out a bit so that there's now about a 1/2 inch of space behind my heel and the heel of the shoe. But EVERYONE complimented me on them!!! They really are adorable. If you've got narrow feet like me though you might need to try between the two surrounding sizes.

The vamp is just snug enough that they don't feel like they're sliding off all the time, footbed is so comfortable. And they're Born's…. Everyone who sees them loves them.
