Crumpler

I am a law student & I purchased this bag based on reviews to carry my laptop & necessities on days when I don't have to haul 40 lbs of books etc around. I have a boring, black professional looking bag for when I have a heavy load or am in business attire for court, work, etc. I wanted something for this summer on the days when I am doing research & dressed casually. This bag is perfect for my 13" macbook pro (laptop area would easily fit larger computer--I can put several magazines or files in it with my mac), a good sized book, my planner, and some files. The bag is very well-constructed & sporty-looking . . . and most importantly, very comfortable to carry! Some reviewers complained about the lack of pockets & compartments, but I don't find this to be an issue. There is a great zippered mesh pocket under the flap that is perfect for lip balm, etc. and a compartment in the front that I throw my wallet, phone, keys, and pens into. I am considering purchasing another larger crumpler bag for fall when I'm back to hauling 3 or 4 big heavy books with me everywhere I go. Highly recommend this one!

I use this bag daily. For years I read about the construction and durability of these bags, but I always opted for traditional backpacks and laptop sleeves. I was looking for a bag that looked "hip" but could fit in all the materials I need on a daily basis as a student. The bag is made from super heavy canvas material and the strap on the bag is as durable and sturdy as the seatbelt straps in cars. I can fit my Apple 13 inch laptop, a standard size notebook, and a textbook that weighs about 6lbs. It has a zippered net compartment where I keep my pens, pencils, kleenex, chapstick, and other daily necessities;) This bag not only looks great but it does its job. Th only thing I would change about it would be to add an extra enclosed compartment for my phone but other than that this bag is PERFECT. I saved close to $100 buying it from Sierra Trading Post---but I would have paid the original price now that I can determine that this bag is worth every penny! I hope Sierra gets more Crumpler bags ASAP!!!!

Handy Bag!

This is a solidly built, quality bag. It is a tad large for my 13" macbook pro but secure enough that it is perfectly fine. There is enough room to put a few notebooks, documents and has a pocket that you can put your other computer accessories. I love the fact that it is fun, not another black, boring laptop case. Perfect for campus environment, even if you are not a student but administrative personnel like me!Needless to say, the price is unbelievable. Upon receiving it I looked for flaws but did not find any.[...]

This bag is stiff, the velcro pieces are huge and hard to open. It could use a bit more room inside.

Needed a bag for my computer that was both stylish and easy to carry. This bag does just that.

This product was exactly as I expected but even better. I read online that the crumpler luncheon bag lacked capacity and maybe a pocket or two.. but when I received my product I was surprised to see that it did indeed have enough space for what I needed it for. I use the bag to carry my laptop and some notebooks to school. The space is sufficient and If it were any larger I think it may be too heavy. The material is great (it rained all this week) and nothing in my bag got damaged. Honestly, for the price you cannot get a better bag.

This laptop/lunch bag is attractive as well as fully padded to protect your laptop and other valuables.

This bag hold documents and file folders and attachments for the computer. Very versatile and handy with a secure closure.
