    Over a thin or t-shirt, Under a blazer

    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    It's a beautiful product, as are all Cullens. But treat it like a shirt not a traditional cardigan. That is, it has no bulk or weight, so to wear it over a flannel or consider it as an over garment is a mistake. It's more finesse/classy than homey. Color blend works great.
