    Good quality Cullen dress, but fits like a petite; belt loops about 2" above my natural waist and length about 2" above knee. I love the green color -- looks good with a navy/white striped tee underneath.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    On the positive, this dress seems well-made, and has a cute look. It also could be layered with a T-shirt or blouse, or used as a tunic or jacket over slim pants or pencil skirt because it is on the short side. However, the Medium fit is close to the body--I am a size 8, 36B, so I think it runs a bit small. As a previous reviewer mentioned, this dress has a very high waist. I am not sure whether it is intended as a short-waisted petite cut or if it is an empire waist style. Whatever it is, the style is not flattering to my 5'4" frame, as it bows out below the belt. I am returning it regretfully, because the general style would have been very versatile.

    This is a great dress. So classic you can dress it up or down depending on your shoes and accessories. I wore the green to Vegas and the black to a baby shower. It does run a tad short, but I like that. The belt loops are a little high but not so bad. Makes your legs look longer. I also like the elbow length sleeve, good coverage.

    nice dress, a little short, even on me - i'm 5'4" but works fine for what it's described for: travel which is why i bought it. haven't worn out yet, will next week. unshapely without the belt, so the belt is a must.
