    Without reservation, I think this is a fine vest. Not heavy, it still adds warmth. It looks classy, and the knit (weave?) pattern is not complex but very attractive. I got the deep raspberry color, and it looks great with with variously colored sport coats as well as when worn without a jacket. It has quickly elicited lots of compliments. This is a great garment at a very reasonable price.

    I really like this sweater; in fact this is the second one I have bought. However, be warned: until it has been laundered once, it sheds an incredible amount of lint (not exactly "pilling"), usually onto whatever shirt you are wearing under it, to the point of affecting the shirt's color. Once the sweater is back from the laundry, the problem's gone...so don't give up too early!
