The insole is removable and he put in his custom orthodics. Comfortable right out of the box. Stylish and great for travel, too!!

With both arch and heel problems shoe fit and comfort are often difficult for him. Well, he hasn't worn another pair of shoes since they arrived. He removed the insole and inserted his own orthodics. He said these are the most comfortable sneaker style shoe he has worn in years. WooHoo...just ordered a 2nd pair for him!! Cushe wins again!!
