    The cup size is great, which is often a struggle to find for DD cups. It has medium-high support. Unfortunately, the band is VERY tight with virtually no stretch....I could barely expand my ribs with normal breathing - not going to work for running! It was a little awkward to get off and on as well. Other than that the quality seems great but it will be going back to STP.
