    For the price, it's worth picking one up just to see if it fits a niche in your flashlight collection. I like it for close tasks that don't require a lot of light. For example, it's perfectly adequate for moving around in a pitch dark barn or garage. Don't know about durability yet. The plastic "ears" that clip it to the hat may be the weak link.

    Because of the price, weight, size and overall utility (assuming you wear a ball cap, it works great), this is the perfect light to put in your pack, tool box, tackle box, junk drawer, etc. Then, it's always there when you need it. Easily bright enough to hike on a moonless night. Brighter than some "real" headlamps, without the bulk / weight / cost.

    Alright, I was excited to just be able to wear a ball cap, visor, etc. with this thing and then it came and the bulb was blue. The blue light is somewhat helpful. I've used red and green historically so I don't know why they made these in blue. Either way, it is really an inexpensive item and other than my son thinking that aliens are changing his diaper at 3:00am.

    I purchased this product so that other drivers could see me more easily at night when I ride my bicycle. It works for that purpose. It's also good for working in tight, dark spaces. Hard to pass up at the price.
