This is a trim pack, however, fits my medium shoulders well. Has sufficient room for packing a light jacket, food, camera and necessities. The air channel system does allow for a drier experience. The hydration water bag design is easy to use and clean.

Needed a small, stable, hydration pack to cross country ski with, and this fit the bill perfectly. Hydration bladder is huge ( I didn't fill it all the way), pack is comfy and stable thanks to it's sternum strap and waist belt. A few things to consider though, as someone else mentioned, this is a girls pack, not a womans. I am a size medium on top, and it fit just fine, but fuller-figured ladies might want to consider something else. Also the capacity is pretty small, I fit in the hydration bladder (has its own compartment) as well as cell phone, wallet, keys, camera etc. But if you are one of the "be prepared" types that likes to carry extra clothing, rain gear, lunch, etc. then this is not the pack for you.

This is described as a women's hydration pack but it is actually a GIRLS' hydration pack. No matter to me, as I am 5' 2", but it may affect ladies with tall or large frames. That said, I love this thing. Took it on an all day hike this weekend and it was comfortable and held everything I needed it to. I look forward to using it all week at Burning Man this year as well, hoping the nipple action will help me stay super hydrated. I also love that is is free of BPA's and other nastiness. A great buy!
