I bought this for my ski boots for use when skiing for fun or ski patrol (just bringing the gear to the shack, not using this bag on the mountain). It is typical good DaKine Quality. I own one of their regular backpacks and this is made of similar material. I like the zippers. Just barely fits my Da...

This bag is truly the best for child or adult skiers. It has helped my daughter who is 8 become completely independent going from the car to the lodge and back. The top pocket fits the helmet and goggles, back has super easy entry for boot storage, and the front pocket holds her ski pants, mittens, and balaclava....its a large bag when packed full but then it has a connector clasp to keep it on her back which is perfect! Her arms are then free to carry skis and poles. A great purchase!

I bought this as a gift for my daughters age 10 and 12 (I got two of them). They are fabulous. The girls are now able to carry their ski boots, helmets, jackets, and gloves on their back. The pack is comfortable, and roomy enough.

My husband and I both own these packs to carry our boots, helmets and other small items from the car to the lodge when we ski. I like that my boots are contained and not getting my jacket dirty which occured with the over the shoulder strap that I used to use. Perfect size for helmet, goggles, boots and mittens with enough room for spare socks.

This bag is much larger than it looks in the picture. There are three separate compartments; one for the boots that is in the back, one for the helmet that is on top, and one on the front for gloves, socks, etc. I found that the helmet would also fit in the front compartment. Tons of space. I have stuffed boots, helmet (with goggles inside) balaclava, neck gaiter, 3 pair of gloves, and 5 pair of socks in this bag, and there is ample room for more, such as ski pants that you want to remove for that stop at the lodge for a beer at the end of the day. Ditto for my husband's bag. I have no idea how durable it will end up being, but it looks well-constructed and Dakine usually makes good stuff.
