    I bought this for my daughter who wanted a backpack like the Dakine backpack her sister received as a gift four or five years ago -- one that I used on a recent long trip to Europe. This one is a little bigger and even better. My daughter was thrilled with it. I think I bought last year's model from Sierra Trading where I found better (tamer) color choices than the newer ones have -- what a career girl would want, as opposed to a teenager.

    Pattern is nicer than shown online. Roomy and easily held my jacket, hat, sunscreen, bug spray, lunch. I love all the pockets and am still exploring what to stash in each. It is comfortable to wear on my back.

    My daughter loves this back pack. We bought one earlier, but this was the one she really wanted. I wish it would have been available sooner or we would have seen it sooner. It is light weight so it doesn't add to the load of books.

    Good backpack for school. It has a lot of small interior pockets that are useful for pens, pencils, calculator, and other school supplies. My only complaint is that it is a little smaller than the typical backpack.

    I love this backpack. However, I ordered the "garden" pattern but got the "prom" pattern. The bag was mislabeled as "garden" which should be green with a little purple and but was actually "prom" which a a brighter blue and pink. The bag itself is great!
