Verified Buyer Reviewed by Grandmother YaYa from MA on Sunday, January 4, 2015My 5 year old grandchild told me her hands are warm in these gloves. Her hands are dry and warm, and that's great!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Cara from Colorado on Wednesday, November 19, 2014These work really well. Purchased for my five year, other kids have ski gloves, but she is the only one who comes back from sledding without wetness inside her gloves, despite being the one who rolls around and digs in the snow the most! Will order the adult version for myself.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by TK in Ski Town USA from Steamboat Spgs CO on Friday, November 7, 2014These looked like they would have been warm for my 7yr old for skiing. I ordered the size small. sadly, they were too small. I would recommend ordering up a size.

Question & Answer
I got the S for my above average sized 5 yr old, and she has a little extra space (less than 1/2in) in the fingers so I'd say the estimated age ranges are generous. (When you select the size an age range of 10-12 pops up for XL and 4-6 for small.
I bought a size small for my 7 yr old son and they were much too small, perhaps even 2 sizes too small. So, I would venture to say a L would fit 7-8 yr old & a XL would fit 9-10 yr old.
These are sized according to age. If you hover your mouse over or click on the sizes the corresponding ages will be displayed.
