And another one broke and fell off shortly after. Wore this on a ride on the mototcycle and ended up with a cape after 20 min because all the buttons opened.

In my experience the best choice is a men's shirt. I got XL based on reviews but the initial wash/low heat dry does not seem to have shrunk it much, if at all. For me (size 12), it's big enough to go over 2 layers and to roll up the cuffs comfortably. The "Fire" color is as pictured, a large-scale plaid of black/red/cream. I am a warm and satisfied purchaser.

Answer No. I purchased an extra large, and the sleeves are barely long enough. I wear about a 16 1/2 - 36.
