Closeouts. A sporty take on a Nordic favorite, Dale of Norway’s Kollen sweater is a light merino wool with snap closures at the mock turtleneck and a stripe design that runs the full length of sleeves, underarms and sides.

    I get so many compliments when I wear this sweater!! The color and style is terrific. Most importantly, it's warm and yet thin enough that you don't look frumpy in wool. Not so great: The snaps drive you crazy - they're hard to open/close, and the fabric pulls and folds in weird ways between the snaps too. Also, the hem seems to drift around.

    Yes, you can wear a quality Nordic sweater and stay warm without feeling like you have the bulk and weight of a herd of sheep on your back. Understated yet classic Nordic design & trim down seams and on cuffs. Love the little Norwegian flag on the sleeve. Fine, soft knit. Stylish to wear places other than the ski lodge, although you'd look great there. Cozy, but thin enough to wear comfortably under a jacket.
