Dale of Norway Kvitfjell Sweater - Wool (For Women)

Fits well,true to size, gorgeous color(red) a bit itchy...it's wool ...wear a lightweight silk undershirt and it's good to go! Very warm.

My wife loved this sweater. We had been skiing a couple weeks ago and saw similar Dale sweaters for women at triple the price and this one looks better then those we saw. Keep up the great work. Chuck

I love this sweater. Dale has always been a favorite of mine. The only thing I wish was different is the sleeves. They are a little on the short side for me(I am almost 6 feet tall), but will probably not be a problem for most.

I live in a very warm climate but bought this sweater because I've wanted a Dale ever since I visited Norway in 2006. I couldn't bring myself to spend the big bucks at the time-bought a hat instead-but now I'm glad I held out because this is perfect. I am so happy with the fit and quality, I'm really looking forward to showing it off to my Norwegian mother-in-law during the holidays and wearing it skiing next season.

Dale of Norway sweaters are perfect for looking good in cold weather. They're warm, pretty, and built to last. And this is one of my favorite patterns.

Plan on using it for skiing--I think it will be plenty warm and comfortable

This is a very nice sweater, not too heavy or bulky. I love that it doesn't make me look chunky. I loved this sweater so much I bought it in two colors and bought one for my daughter. I will have to wear a silk or cotton undershirt because the wool is a little itchy, but thats no big deal - I usually do that anyway. The wool isn't too heavy, like many of these types of sweaters. The colors are wonderful and vibrant.

I own several Dale of Norway sweaters and this one does not disappoint! Beautiful!

Dale simply makes the best outdoor sweaters for real people who do real outdoor things. City people or folks who've never experienced a cold day in the mountains hiking or skiing may not get it. The wool on this "sports" sweater is "hard" and tight and made to repel snow and rain. It is tightly knit for the same reason. Like real sports wool things used to be made, including the beautiful Norwegian patterned socks and ski caps. I love it! Dale sweaters seem to vary a great deal in how they fit. This one really seems true to size to me. I'd have a dozen Dale sweaters if I could afford them! Oh, I call this one "lightweight" only in comparison to other, heavier Dales. Compared to any ordinary softie it would be heavy.
