No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“I don't think that this sweater looks like the expensive sweater that Dale of Norway is known for. The fabric is thin, you could see my undershirt through it. The bottom of the sweater does not lie flat on my hips, it has a 'band' around the bottom that causes it to bunch up. The sweater is therefore wider above my waist than at the band around the bottom. This makes for a frumpy fit, and it also makes the sweater want to work it's way up. Doesn't fit curves well. I also think that the sleeve length is a bit long, but the body of the sweater is a bit short. Not sure why it fits everybody else so well! I can usually buy clothes off the rack just fine.”
