“Ultra heavy knitting makes this an extremely warm sweater that lies nicely along the hips. Not overly long, so would create a trim line over ski pants. Needs inner layer. Fabric is heavy wool, which itches, but insulates very well. Rain actually beads up on it, and can be brushed off. Would keep snowflakes at bay. Wish I could have gotten it in the blue tones.”
