Closeouts. Although Dale of Norway's Turtagro Windstopper® sweater looks like a classic Nordic sweater on the outside, it's packed with performance features equal to that of a heavy-duty parka... both outside and in. Stain-repelling Teflon® exterior is fortified with a Gore Windstopper® membrane, able to block chilly gusts while still remaining breathable. Warmth is kept inside by a fleece-lined stand-up collar, thumbhole cuffs and grippy hem gaiter.

    Why buy 3? I love top quality and wanted both colors once I bought the black one. Then I decided my daughter would love one as well. You won't be disappointed. This is a technical ski sweater that is very warm, comfortable and looks nice too.

    This sweater is everything the other posters said about it - high quality, extremely technical (how can that be? Order one and find out!), and gorgeous! I'm allergic to wool and worried the wool might be rough. Actually, the wool is soft & smooth and the sweater is completely lined by the gortex inside, which is very comfortable. I'm not going to freeze this winter and I'll look great too! Love the hand warmers and the pockets!

    Beautifully made, fits perfectly with layers beneath, warm, stylish. I liked this sweater so much I bought the black one too. This is a sweater you keep forever. I ride show jumping horses for a living. In the winter I need clothing that is warm but has enough give to allow body movement. This sweater fits the bill.

    I love this sweater. Truly. It is so well made and amazingly built. However, because it is lined, the swishy noise it makes when I walk is not preferred. Plus, it's actually too technical for what I was looking for. If I were a person who would wear a sweater on the ski slopes or just outside without a jacket, this would be ideal. But, I'm not sure if it's really an everyday piece. I will buy another product from this company b/c it is so well designed and made, but will return this b/c I'm not sure how often I will wear it.

    The weather this year in CT has been frigid. I ride horses outside all winter long. I first bought the blue one at Christmas. I then bought the white one when it became available. If you wear a turtleneck, this sweater and a down jacket over it, you can remain comfortable in 0 degree weather with a significant wind factor. It's very pretty and very warm.
