Dale of Norway Wyller Jacket - Windstopper® (For Men)

This is a beautiful jacket, but one major problem -- it's for men, not for women! Says right on the collar tag, Masculine (remember, it's Norwegian.) And clearly a man-sized fit. I bought a Medium and it's quite large. Beautiful Dale detail and workmanship, though!

Order a size larger than usual; this runs small and is a snug fit but comfortable in the next size up. The sleeves are very long but do roll up so not really a problem. It is warm and not bulky - good to wear on a plane.

Relying on the description, I ordered this jacket for myself only to find out by trying it that it's for men. The tag also specifies: "Masculine." I contacted STP twice and informed them about the error but they still list the jacket as "for women." My husband likes the jacket and we ordered it in his size. The windstopper technology in this DofN varies from their traditional lining; the wool outer layer is fused with the inner windstopper layer; in the effect the jacket is stiffer than if it were woolen only. The cut is flattering, it accentuates athletic body shape. The sleeves could have been a little longer. All in all, it is an attractive windstopper.
