    Women - Size 6 1/2 WIDE Mens is a perfect 8 - 8 1/2 Medium Womens, and this is one BEAUTIFUL boot. I would think the regular width mens boot is more of a narrow as I am a classic 8 - 8 1/2. Bought the black ones first, tried them on, and just bought the cognac pair - Will last a long time.
