Usually Dan Post fits me exactly. This boot, though, is a bit tight, probably because the leather is thicker and it affects the fit. They are also a little too heavy for me.

Very solid boot and due to this a little longer to break in. If you are concerned with quality you won't mind that. The fit very well now. Should last me quite a few years.

I bought these boots for my husband and son to wear for work when they are a foot. They cowboy and need a good boot to work in when NOT a horse back. They are both very happy with these boots. Warm for sure so would not be good in the warmer months.

Boot has nice soft leather lining. At first i thought the throat felt too big, but is just real comfortable. I don't ride in this boot, as I just bought it for when I'm doing work on the ground. This boot looks like it may hold up for some time.
