It is a quality shoe, comfortable, and I have had no problem with the shoe irritating my heel or toes. This shoe can be dressed up or down wearing them with a dress, skirt, or a pair of jeans. I'm returning these because they are indeed a little bit too small and a bit too slippery for my taste

Very happy with these shoes. I bought them in the light brown color and was delighted that the color turned out to be darker/more bronze than pictured.
