Danner Agitator 230 Gore-Tex® XCR® Trail Shoes - Waterproof (For Women)

These shoes are very comfortable and met all my expectations. I wore them hiking in Costa Rica and felt secure on wet, slippery hills.

These boots were stiff, heavy and didn't fit well, too tight.

I had read the other comments about the toes being stiff and figured for the price and a pair of Danner's I'd give it a shot. First off, they are now made in China so that up side to Danner's is no longer a factor. Next, the toes seemed bearable at first so I wore them around the house for an hour. My feet were throbbing! I'm so glad I didn't try and work them in...although if that's something you'd be into they are probably well worth it. They seemed like they were made really well and I would have loved to keep them but I'm too busy and into myself to have another project that's gonna hurt my body in order to make work. Also the orange accents were a little intense but for outdooring shoes I think it could work!

I bought these as I walk in wet grass every morning (365 days/year) to deliver papers. I got them because there was another paper carrier review on here that said they worked great. I really liked them for about 3 months, but they are not waterproof anymore. I suppose its from so much use, but my advice is if you plan to use these everyday in moderate to severe wet conditions, get something a little higher quality. These would be really great for occassional use, however :)

These shoes really do keep dry.

After a few wearings the tightness in toes subsided...and I totally love these shoes...Will definitely buy this brand again!!

I live in the country and walk in woods/fields a lot. These shoes are great! A bit stiff at first wearing but worked out just fine. Try them - bet you'll be happy with them!

Stiff but Sturdy shoe. What I have been looking for in a Goretex Trail shoe. Other shoes are too soft and side slippage occurs but these are very sturdy and comfortable. What a price too!! Wear with a well cushioned sock.

This product is very durable and withholds all the walking and hiking I am involved in.

Over all good shoe. Initially feels smalls across base of toes. Conforms to foot with wear, and is worth the effort.
