“As part of our work tools we are issued a knife in a pouch to wear on our duty belt, we use our knives every day. As everyone knows...a dull knife is a dangerous knife. My duty station is New Jersey but I am an Arkansas woman. I've placed a sharpening stone in all my work areas to share with co-workers. My stone will remain there long after I'm gone back home to the South.”
