“These coasters are great for absorbing moisture but don't expect them to be pretty; these are Seconds. Sandstone is best suited for cold aluminum cans, plastic cups and other items where a scratch on the bottom won't matter. Coasters have cork pad but kids may drag them, on edge, across a coffee table leaving a scratch.”
